Challenge 6 - The Living Dead

My affection for zombie fiction is well documented. Max Brooks's World War Z was the greatest book of 2007, in my humble opinion. This genre of short survival fiction he practically invented is continued at http://www.talesofworldwarz.com. But I've never WRITTEN zombie fiction... until now. Your challenge this week is to write a zombie infestation tale. There are rules, but feel free to ignore them. Have fun.
